Please make sure you and your Sponsor familiarize yourself with our fee structure as this will be brought up in the interview.This will be one of the first questions asked in the interview.

Our fee breakdown

Acceptance fee to be registered for 2025/2026 years: R61 000
International course registration for all qualifications over both years

2025 Foundation year fees inclusive of: R158 000
Ingredients – all ingredients used in classes, examinations
Tuition – for three diplomas facilitated by qualified chefs
Examination fees (there are five exams in the foundation year)
Full uniform provided, embroidered with name on jackets
Three full sets, scrub down jacket, safety shoe, warm jacket
Equipment – 8pce Wustoff knife set engraved with your name
Additional courses and classes included (Basic Fire Fighting , Level 1 First Aid)

2026 Advanced year fees inclusive of: R150 000
Ingredients – all ingredients used in classes, examinations
Tuition – for the advanced diploma facilitated by qualified chef
Examination fees, Advanced diploma, WSET1
Full uniform provided, embroidered with name on jackets
Three full sets, scrub down jacket, safety shoe, warm jacket
Equipment – various items required for advanced pastry course
External courses offered & excursions where applicable (Beer brewing, Asian style Cuisine, WSET 1 Wine, Coffee Barista)
