Our all-inclusive two-year course offers culinary training that is true to industry and encourages excellence. This comprehensive approach to practical training prepares young chefs for the world of work. Students earn FOUR internationally recognised City & Guilds Diplomas. Exposed to all aspects of the food and beverage industry, they will learn their own strengths and achieve maximum employability.
On-site practical experience over weekends ensure students are ready for industry and our students are very much in demand, both locally and internationally. About 70% of our graduates take positions overseas as soon as they complete their studies, while others secure positions at leading local venues like The Oyster Box and Chef’s Table and many others.
Classes are limited to 12 students each, ensuring personalised attention and a chance to thrive as individuals and members of a culinary team.
An intensive and comprehensive grounding to your culinary career. Building on the Foundation Course is our Second Year Course, which incorporates the Advanced Diploma in Cookery Supervision. Students graduate with a specialised understanding of advanced pastry, charcuterie, cheese-making and other on-trend industry vocations. You must be between the ages of 16 – 28 and have a clear passion for food. It is preferable to have at least a Grade 10 certificate, and you must be able to communicate clearly in English.
