Following first year, the second year advanced programme builds on your culinary foundation, offering you a deeper understanding of the management skills required in running and owning an eatery with the Advanced Diploma in Food Preparation and Supervision; and incorporates advanced cooking and pastry techniques with the Advanced Course in French Patisserie. As a second year student, you will also complete specialist artisanal courses in cheese, charcuterie, beer, wine, coffee, sushi and sugarcraft.
