Go from home cook to professional chef in two years with our all-inclusive chef course providing culinary training that is true to industry.
On completing first year, you will achieve a strong foundation in your culinary career and earn three internationally recognised City & Guilds Diplomas – Culinary Arts Diploma in Food Preparation and Cooking, Patisserie Diploma in Food Preparation and Cooking, and Diploma in Food and Beverage service.
Following first year, the second year advanced programme builds on your culinary foundation, offering you a deeper understanding of the management skills required in running and owning an eatery with the Advanced Diploma in Food Preparation and Supervision; and incorporates advanced cooking and pastry techniques with the Advanced Course in French Patisserie. As a second year student, you will also complete specialist artisanal courses in cheese, charcuterie, beer, wine, coffee, sushi and sugarcraft. We also encourage you to enter local and international competitions during and after your time with us, furthering your opportunities to learn from fellow chefs.
