At the end of 2025, we proudly celebrated the graduation of our Second Year / Advanced students. A remarkable group now ready to step confidently into the professional culinary world. The Class of 2025 has demonstrated skill, discipline, creativity, and leadership, and their achievements were honoured at our end-of-year awards ceremony.

These awards recognise academic excellence, practical mastery, innovation, and leadership developed throughout their final year of study.

🍷 Wine Award (WSET Level 1 – International)

Awarded to the student with the highest results in the WSET Level 1 International wine certificate. This award celebrates strong theoretical knowledge and understanding of wine at an international standard.

🍺 Beer Brewer Award

Awarded for excellence in theory and active involvement in the beer brewing process This award recognises both academic performance and hands-on participation in our brewery.

Based on combined practical and theory results. Awarded for skill, consistency, and professionalism in coffee preparation and barista theory.
